Jet lag

Certain scenes encountered in my life seem to have been seen and lived. Sometimes, the resemblance can be seen between two incidents. I call this sort of visual perceptions ‘jet lag’, whose Chinese translation literally means ‘time difference’. What is happening now, and what I have experienced, seem to be somewhat misplaced, but connected in secret. In this work, I use these ‘Déjà vu’ as a clue, in the hope to reproduce the truth of the stories hidden under ordinary lives. Trying to explore the point of difference in day-to-day life, searching for an exit for spiritual sustenance and release.
